The staff was amazing. I could check in earlier than anticipated. the bathrooms were lovely. I also found the bed comfortable.

Pillows were uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. i got sick with the flu upon arrival. I could not leave my room for three days.

Excellent Anniversary Stay

thoughtful treat lovely tone warm team

We received a thoughtful treat in our room upon arrival it set a lovely tone for our anniversary. Jason, the Assistant Manager, ensured everything was perfect . The team felt warm and sincere this gave a lovely vibe to our visit.

The room was a bit dark it had no natural light so it felt smaller than expected.

The room had everything I needed it featured comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, and biscuits were available in the room. Robes were provided and the room remained very quiet .

The hotel included several bars and restaurants offering various dining options. We saw the Masonic temple it was a unique and interesting feature. The downstairs areas of the hotel are decorated wonderfully with comfortable seating areas.

charmed stay!

friendly staff super clean room generous service

i found the staff friendly and generous. the room was super clean, and i felt i received more than i paid for! it's the best hotel i've ever visited, and i'm already planning my return, which i am very excited about.

There was no explanation about why it was added or if it was optional, and it felt dishonest, though i did pay.

The check-in process was smooth, complemented by a welcome drink. i found a pleasant surprise in my room. Emily from the front desk had arranged a cookie gift. the masonic temple available for viewing by arrangement was amazing. It is an unexpected offering.

comfortable bed spinning bike

this hotel blew my mind. i mean, the suite was awesome. it seemed like a one bedroom apartment, it had so many amenities. the bed was so comfy. two breakfast spots were available. i visited the health club. it has a spinning bike and a peloton. plenty treadmills, ellipticals, and a climber were available. cable machines and weights are also on site.

the room i had initially was not as clean as expected.
