My room was a good size. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower, a nice addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The minibar prices seemed a bit high.

excellent stay!

maintained hotel high standard central location

the hotel was well maintained and everything felt new. i especially liked the high standards in the toilets. the hotel location was near major attractions and travel hubs so getting around was very easy.

the overhead shower in my room did not work i had to use the hose version. it was a minor issue, but slightly inconvenient.

sad sodas missing towels

My stay wasn't exactly smooth sailing. the promised "minibar included" in my cosy classroom turned out to be a couple of sad sodas and some stale cookies. Talk about underwhelming!!! also, finding no hand towels was a bit of a letdown. i mean, seriously? i had to ring reception just to dry my hands. that's not exactly the height of luxury, is it?

Underwhelming stay , despite some positives

room service conflicting information

The location was quite convenient , situated close to Tower Bridge.

The room service was a disappointment , requiring immediate payment while I was holding the tray. I also requested a travel adapter , but the reception staff gave me conflicting information. They first said they had adapters but then claimed they were unavailable , which was quite frustrating.

lovely stay

mini bar comfortable stay convenient location

the complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch i especially enjoyed the variety of drinks and snacks available. the room was spacious and clean it included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the location was very convenient for exploring the local area close to tower bridge.

the shower wasn't great the overhead version did not function properly however the hose version worked fine.

i received a massage at the hotel spa and mukesh treated me he worked hard to address my sore leg muscles. he was very professional making it a therapeutic and relaxing experience.

Special Stay Near Tower Bridge

convenient location relaxing check-in

I really enjoyed the hotel's convenient location. It provided easy access to public transport and it allowed for pleasant walks along the River Thames. The check-in was easy and relaxing, and I was happy to see a cake in my room (a nice touch for my anniversary).

I noticed the hotel deposit policy differed from what was initially stated. The delay in receiving the deposit back after checkout was also an inconvenience.
