The check-in was efficient and the staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. The room had a functional design with ample space for luggage storage. Breakfast included a wide variety. I especially liked the gluten-free bread and the selection of hot items, including vegan sausages.

One morning, all were out of service. This caused a delay in getting to my event.

Reception staff was friendly on arrival. I received complimentary cookies in my room, that was a charming surprise. The hotel is very family friendly. I liked the location is near two stations, so transport was easy.

The bath space felt quite small. I found it a bit strange.

the hotel was in the right location at the right price, acceptable.

the attitude of some staff was not good. the room was not cleaned after the first night. the hotel couldn't issue a vat invoice at checkout and it took almost 30 minutes to fix this.
