convenient locationusb-a portslimited plug
the location is very convenient , being close to excel.
i found the lack of usable plug sockets quite frustrating , especially since i only had usb-c chargers and there were only usb-a ports available near the bed. this meant i had to rearrange furniture just to plug in a fan , which took hours to get to the room in the first place.

The location near the metro was ideal. It was wonderfully convenient. The price was lovely and affordable. It gave me great value. The room met all my needs. It was clean and well kept. The bed provided restful sleep. It was very comfortable.
one very minor issue existed, the gym was quite busy during peak hours, making it difficult to access all the equipment.

staff at the restaurant worked diligently to ensure all guests were well-cared for, fulfilling every request with a smile, though sometimes they seemed stretched due to the number of patrons. they ensured i felt wonderfully welcomed.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide array of options. There was a plentiful selection of hot and cold items to choose from, though some dishes were occasionally slow to be replenished, which caused minor delays. The food was fresh and good.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to the excel. It's within easy walking distance, and the nearby docks provided a scenic backdrop though some found the surrounding area a bit industrial. it was very nice though!

The hotel is conveniently located near the expo center. I walked to the DLR and Elizabeth Line in about five minutes. Housekeeping kept my room tidy .
The hotel breakfast selection was a bit limited.
