The location was pretty convenient for getting around. I will give them that

the room reeked of stale smoke and the carpet was stained. i'm fairly certain some of the furniture had cigarette burns. Housekeeping seemed to just spray something to mask the odor but it didn't work. The bathroom fixtures were also old and rusty it's like the place was NEVER touched.

the location was acceptable it made getting around pretty easy.

My room was small, i expected more space. the wifi was pretty much unusable. I tried to do some work but the connection kept dropping. i also noticed some stains on the carpet, it wasn't very appealing, to say the least. It definitely lowered my opinion of the hotel's cleanliness.

the staff were very attentive and helpful. i loved the pleasing decor with interesting fixtures. the location meant everything i needed was within walking distance. a nice view was visible from our window.

i noticed a slight smell of sewage in the hallway outside my room, mainly towards the evening, and it continued through the night.
