The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was a generous size and featured modern decor. I particularly appreciated the complimentary spa access. It was relaxing.
The gym equipment was limited.

adequate stay near paddington station... but some issues
small roombreakfast information
the room was quite small. i also found the lack of clear information about breakfast frustrating. i only knew i could order an omelette because i overheard someone else. getting the bill settled after leaving was also a bit of a headache.

breakfast was amazing with many options. the club double room had twin beds, which worked great for my needs. it was nice that the townhouse was a short walk to paddington station and hyde park. i really liked that the reception staff was so helpful.
the hotel had no enquiry about my stay at checkout.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

The location is convenient. Paddington Station is nearby. The room was very clean. The staff cleaned it daily. Complimentary toothbrushes and a kettle were supplied (I very much appreciated it). The hotel is close to the underground.
The breakfast selection could be better. I found it lacking variety. The breakfast room was a little loud.

The hotel's location offered easy access to transportation. The closeness to Paddington station helped a lot. Nearby restaurants provided varied dining options, very helpful after long days of sightseeing. Getting around was easy with public transport.

My Beautiful Double Room included air conditioning for climate control. It kept the room comfortable. There was a hairdryer and an iron with ironing board provided. Complimentary toiletries included shower gel and shampoo. They were restocked as needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful with directions (a real benefit when you're new to the area). The hotel offered luggage storage before check-in. Check-in was efficient and quick.
