Really good Theatreland Hotel Stay

I found the location convenient, especially for theatre visits. The hotel provided complimentary fruit and ensured early check-in was possible. Staff, including Aura, Doina, Tilly, Josh, Wiki, Bohdana, and Mo, were always eager to assist. I needed air conditioning in February, and they promptly resolved the issue.
The street noise was a bit noticeable as the soundproofing could be improved.

The reception staff was cute and helpful. Doina Sandu stood out. I was greeted with efficient service and a room upgrade on arrival. Their attention to detail really enhanced my stay and impressed me.

I appreciated having direct access to Gail's bakery from the hotel. The bakery offered excellent coffee and bread. The pastries were delicious. A hot breakfast was easy to obtain and enjoy, it was great.

The room included welcome extras, I found free bottled water. The room also contained a fruit bowl, hot drinks facilities. Valentine's roses and Prosecco. These were all nice touches and much appreciated. The bed was comfy.

The hotel had a fabulous, central location near theatres and attractions. I loved the easy access to different forms of entertainment. Everything was easy to reach. Transportation links were near to the location.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to many attractions.
The breakfast arrangement was disappointing. I received a voucher to use at an adjacent bakery, not a dedicated hotel breakfast. The room felt cramped. I had difficulty moving around freely.

the breakfast vouchers to gail's bakery next door proved a welcome addition. food and coffee were both quite good there.
i found some serious issues with my room. the bathroom showed a lot of wear, including cracked tiles. additionally, the toilet lid had discolored streaks, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom overall. i expected much better given the hotel rating.

i loved the hotel staff, they were so friendly and helpful. i even got a very welcome room upgrade. the hotel was super clean and in a great location for the west end and transport. kayla at reception was particularly friendly and helpful, i must say.
the phone in my room randomly started making a loud alarm noise at 3:06am! it scared me, and it took 15 minutes to stop the noise
