my room featured a very comfortable, large bed. the room was spacious and very clean, it was also quiet. the hotel's location near gunnersbury station was convenient (it made travel simple).
the reception staff were not very attentive . i felt that they did not treat guests with proper consideration and care. this made the check-in process less pleasant.

my "beautiful double room" looked exactly like the photos, i was thrilled! i loved the super extra cozy bed and beautiful street view. the room was very warm, staying around 23 degrees all night, which i totally appreciated. other hotels often don't allow you to control the heating, this one was perfect.
The reception staff wasn't as friendly as i'd hoped. There was a bit of disinterest.

the hotel provides excellent parking facilities, and they are fairly priced.. this is a big plus driving. also, the location provides easy access just off the m4 motorway, saving time on travel.

the location was acceptable it was close to public transportation.
My room lacked a mini-fridge, quite disappointing. the initial room was small. It looked nothing like the pictures. fortunately, i could change it, but the room still looked dated and had some mold in the shower. talk about overpaying.

The hotel offered convenient onsite parking. I appreciated that. The staff were professional, a real bonus. My room was a good size and very clean. I found the proximity to the tube station beneficial!
I noticed that some areas showed wear. The carpeting had visible stains. This needs attention.

the breakfast variety was quite excellent. i particularly enjoyed the omelettes the chef prepared. the bathroom in my executive double room was spacious and modern. it had a nice bath, which i used daily.
