lovely stay
comfy bed coffee machine thorough job easy controls
i really liked my room. it was a superior double room. it had comfy bed. the hotel provides a coffee machine. the cleaning staff always did a thorough job each day. the shower was good with easy controls.
the fridge was a bit noisy at night and i struggled to sleep very well.

the breakfast had hot waffles, and omelettes. they prepared them fresh, good. the food tasted very nice. it was all very enjoyable and easy.

super clean room helpful staff excellent location
I found my room to be super clean. Helpful staff were always available! The location was perfect. though the parking was expensive. The bed provided excellent comfort!

Great Hotel Experience
fantastic staff superb hotel constant courtesy
The staff displayed fantastic courtesy. They were helpful . I was particularly impressed that the staff consistently topped up my wine glass. They looked each time it was nearly empty. The annex room was a great surprise. I liked it. The hotel is superb. The staff welcomes guests with smiles.
The self-playing piano was loud. It was also out of tune, which detracted from the hotel atmosphere

Average stay. Disappointing fridge and sofa bed.
broken sofa bed non-working fridge
I booked a last-minute stay. The fridge wasn't working when we checked in late. Staff asked us to wait 20 minutes, but it never worked. They couldn't find another room with a working fridge. The sofa bed was broken terribly! Three adults and a toddler had to sleep on the double bed.
