The location was very convenient. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the front desk staff was generally helpful with directions. i also appreciated the cleanliness of my room upon arrival, though the mini bar was quite empty.
The elevators were slow, i found myself waiting a while each time. my room faced a courtyard, the view was not great. the television remote did not work properly. I had to call maintenance to fix it.

the club lounge provided a spacious area. i enjoyed a great breakfast buffet. canapés were available in the evening. the room was spacious and clean.
the location had some drawbacks. i noticed there were no restaurants nearby. there were no shopping options in close proximity. everything required at least a 15-20 minute walk.

i had a superior room it was quite spacious i think. the staff were always offering assistance this was nice. i chose to get the bonus points instead of the breakfast i liked this option
the elevators were a little slow only one was working for a bit. i needed an invoice but they did not send it to me. the housekeeper was a bit rude i thought
