charmed by this hotel!
helpful staff immediate room change nice shower extensive buffet
i found the staff helpful and kind! they immediately offered a room change when i asked for extra bedding, because i wanted to separate the beds. the sanitary facilities had a nice shower. breakfast included a delicious and very extensive buffet.
My only tiny issue was the lack of privacy with the translucent bathroom door. It did not close tightly! that really bugged me.

this hotel has amazing access to transport links! it is close to buses, trains, and the subway, so getting around the city was very straightforward. the area around the hotel is quiet.

the hotel features a sky bar offering lovely city views! i received a voucher for a complimentary drink there upon arrival. the bar area is modern and fun. the views are amazing.

the room provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. there was a water kettle with tea and coffee! a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks added convenience. the room size was sufficient.

a fantastic stay!
very nice views friendly staff super clean room spacious room
I just loved the rooftop bar. It had very nice views! the staff was always super friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. my room was very spacious, and i found it super clean, something really important to me. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The air conditioning was a bit weak. It could have been a little cooler in the room during the day.

the train station is only about a 7-minute walk from the hotel, really convenient. numerous restaurants and shops surround the hotel, offering varied options. several landmarks are easily accessible by public transport.

mixed experience at this hotel
cramped room cool refrigerator
the location was good for my plans..
the room was small and cramped for two people. we were told we were staying in a hotel with two double beds. we ended up with a room that barely held 2 twin beds with no room to put suitcases or anything else. the refrigerator was cool not cold
