the walls were thin and i hear noise easily. toiletries were not fully stocked and i had to call to get a toothbrush. the experience wasn't awful, but i hoped for better.

i enjoyed the lovely rooms at this hotel. the pool and thermal area were also well maintained. my kids even received little hand puppet toys at the end!

the water temperature in the bathroom fluctuated constantly during showers. i reported this issue to the reception twice, but it was never resolved.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I could relax after a day of exploring. the room was modern and large with a big closet for clothes. the bathroom included separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The pool area has 20 loungers and a shaded section. It's perfect for relaxation. the spa is also a great addition. It is clean and relaxing with a silent environment. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Max, the manager, was very helpful . He provided solid local recommendations and directions. The pool and sauna area stood out as the best part of the facilities. The staff was professional and attentive, a HUGE PLUS.

I noticed the soundproofing could have been better, especially with noise from the hallway.

The breakfast buffet included full English and Western options. The staff gave perfect service. Halyna and Cristina were attentive servers during breakfast.

The pool hours seemed very strict about allowing kids, even when the pool was empty. The in-room tablet showed a low battery message repeatedly. The sauna was not very hot, and the door did not close properly.
