i loved the friendly staff and the easy transport to attractions. the swimming pool was a plus (i really enjoyed it), also room service was very efficient.

The room was really expensive. check-in was a bit slow. I had to wait a while even after the stated check-in time.

Some Issues Noticed During My Stay

The room I booked was supposed to have a queen-sized bed. Instead, I got two single beds shoved together. It wasn't comfortable at all! the gym was a letdown. Several machines were out of order, so my usual workout routine was completely disrupted. I found these issues really annoying.

the swimming pool offered a refreshing experience. my room included two chairs and a small table, perfect for a brief meeting. the executive room contained a queen bed providing restful sleep. staff were very friendly at reception, assisting with directions to nearby attractions.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. I found it slightly challenging when applying makeup in the morning.
