The location WAS great! It was close to the tube station.

The breakfast area was a DISASTER. It was far too crowded. I had to wait 15 minutes in line. Plates were often missing, and a queue of similar length formed at the pancake machine.

the staff were unbelievably helpful. the beds were comfortable. i couldn't believe how quiet the hotel was at bedtime. the 12pm check out time was a life changer.

The bathroom has very little privacy. The shower is transparent in a way that is unnecessary.

the hotel is centrally located, made exploring convenient. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the staff provided excellent service, especially rodney, who added a personal touch. i appreciated the cleanliness and the modern design of my room, it had great amenities.

i loved the friendly staff and the easy transport to attractions. the swimming pool was a plus (i really enjoyed it), also room service was very efficient.

The room was really expensive. check-in was a bit slow. I had to wait a while even after the stated check-in time.

Some Issues Noticed During My Stay

The room I booked was supposed to have a queen-sized bed. Instead, I got two single beds shoved together. It wasn't comfortable at all! the gym was a letdown. Several machines were out of order, so my usual workout routine was completely disrupted. I found these issues really annoying.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. I found it slightly challenging when applying makeup in the morning.
