The front desk staff member made my mum's birthday weekend and family wedding celebration just the BEST!!! I can't thank them enough for organizing family rooms close by, , made such a difference. The whole team was super friendly and helpful, really exceeding my expectations. The room had lots of space and a lovely shower.
The daily room cleaning was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes we found that tea and coffee were not replenished. Occasionally, daily cleaning did not even occur, slightly annoying.

The fitness room offers a treadmill and several weight machines, very convenient for a quick workout. The business center provides computers and printers, very helpful for printing boarding passes and travel documents. There are vending machines on several floors, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or drink.

Staff members are consistently polite and professional. They address guest requests promptly. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff provided clear information regarding hotel amenities. The concierge service helped with directions and local transportation options.

Upon arrival, I found the staff helpful. I was able to check in quickly, even though I arrived a bit early. The room was very clean and well-kept. The location allowed easy access to nearby cafes. I walked there. I found the area convenient for exploring.
The minibar lacked variety. There was no wide selection. This was a minor inconvenience, but it would improve the overall experience.

The location proved convenient, especially with the Underground station nearby. I found the staff to be amazing. Asad, Aqil, Marta, and Eleni at the front desk were particularly fantastic!!! The warm cookie upon arrival was a lovely touch. The air conditioning worked effectively, which I appreciated given the warm weather.
Cleanliness could use some improvement. A more thorough approach would enhance the overall experience. Some areas needed closer attention to detail.

The gym offered good equipment for workouts. I used the available treadmills and stationary bikes. The executive lounge included snacks, beer and wine. I found it a great choice in the evening.

The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. I had great interactions with the front desk, especially Asad, Aqil, Marta, and Eleni. Mimi in the executive lounge provided really good assistance. I am impressed by such dedication.

I found the location provided easy access to various attractions via the Underground. The bus stop across the street also added to the convenience. Numerous bars, restaurants, and shops exist in the vicinity. I certainly appreciated the options.

I found the location very convenient. The hotel is near public transport connections. The room was clean upon my arrival. It had all the necessary amenities I needed .
The room I stayed in felt a bit dated. The tile grout in the bathroom looked quite grim. I also noticed that the pillows were uncomfortable. These issues impacted my overall experience.
