the subway was only five minutes away i could walk to kensington palace and hyde park in about fifteen minutes the royal albert hall was nearby the room had a nice size the breakfast included many options and had a good quality overall the staff were very polite and helpful making my mornings better i would definitely recommend this hotel
the hotel could use some upgrades to the facade the lobby and reception area although clean i seemed like the hotel could offer a better first impression

this location is very close to the underground piccadilly line district and circle lines made it easy to get around shopping and dining on oxford and kensington high streets are very close by.

the breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality the staff kept the area clean and well-stocked i could find many options to start the day well and full of energy every day.

the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice it had enough space for my luggage the bath towels were of decent size the bathroom had enough clean towels for all the stay.

this HOTEL is situated perfectly. Gloucester Road station is a five-minute walk. The Natural History Museum and Harrods are both walkable. The area Felt okay all time.
my ROOM smelled of sewage from the toilet. I complained multiple times but nothing happened. The staff WAS not very well trained. Breakfast coffee was undrinkable.
