The hotel location is amazing, near underground station. It let me explore the best areas. The hotel has many restaurant and pubs close by. I appreciate there are a fridge plus tea, coffee in my room. the location let me visit Albert Hall.
The room service person sweat was strong. It did polluted the room after cleaning.

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom and towels were very nice too. The location is very excellent near the underground. Piccadilly line and District and Circle lines are easily accessible. I will visit again.
The lift reminded me of a long distance from my room. the reception staffs were not very friendly. I feel the rooms are a bit dated now.

The reception area is nicely furnished and decorated. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful at all times. I am thankful there is air conditioning, a safe, and a mini fridge in the room.

the location was acceptable.
The room i was given was small. the bathroom felt cramped and was hard to move around in. The shower was barely functional! i also noticed some significant wear and tear throughout the room. some repairs are desperately needed.

And the rooms were quiet despite facing a main road. the bed was comfortable.
the shower water did not drain properly, so i had to wait a while.

the subway was only five minutes away i could walk to kensington palace and hyde park in about fifteen minutes the royal albert hall was nearby the room had a nice size the breakfast included many options and had a good quality overall the staff were very polite and helpful making my mornings better i would definitely recommend this hotel
the hotel could use some upgrades to the facade the lobby and reception area although clean i reminded me of the hotel could offer a better first impression

this HOTEL is situated perfectly. Gloucester Road station is a five-minute walk. The Natural History Museum and Harrods are both walkable. The area Not sketchy at all.
my ROOM smelled of sewage from the toilet. I complained multiple times but nothing happened. The staff WAS not very well trained. Breakfast coffee was undrinkable.
