the hotel offers breakfast with many choices. it included things like omelets, bacon, and croissants. the location is near bus and subway stations, this made it easy to get around. the staff members were cheerful and helpful.

my room felt a bit chilly, since i visited in december. there was just one blanket for two people.

the location near victoria station was definitely convenient. i appreciated the staff's willingness to assist. the global plug system in the room was useful (it included eu, uk, and us plug options!). i found the room to be very clean, always a plus.

The climate system was a bit too cold. I felt a little chilly .

the location is great for travel i walked only a few minutes to victoria station i explored the city easily via the underground. the staff were very attentive to my needs rooms were quiet and comfortable.

the room was small i found it difficult to move around comfortably. there were no tea making facilities in the room i had to go to the restaurant for hot water.

The room had a smart TV. It offered many streaming options. A digital tablet controlled room settings, including lighting and blinds.

The room was very small. It barely fit the bed. The sink was inside the room, not in the bathroom, which I found inconvenient.
