multiple lifts spacious room nice lobby

The hotel has multiple lifts. Therefore, i experienced no delays moving between my room and the lobby. my room, a king room city view club access, was spacious. It did not feel cramped. the lobby space felt nice!

The air conditioning was warm. i could override it.

excellent stay near blackfriars station

comfortable beds clean room breakfast variety convenient location

We stayed in interconnecting king rooms for two nights. the beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. breakfast had a wide variety, and our teens enjoyed it. the location across from blackfriars station was great. We easily walked to sightseeing spots along the thames.

missing amenities unfinished cleaning

My room lacked basic amenities. Toothpaste and a toothbrush kit weren't available! also, the cleaning staff barged in way before checkout, with my stuff still inside. they didn't finish, so i couldn't use the room that morning. twice.
