The breakfast was good. It had a lot of options.

The bathroom was odd. The door was broken, and I couldn't open or close it without extreme force. There was no kettle in the room. I had to go to reception to make a drink. The room temperature wasn't adjustable. I found it annoying.

The aldgate east tube station was nearby and made getting around easy. I felt safe in the area. breakfast had many options available and tasted amazing. the staff helped me change rooms twice with no issues. i stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. This allowed me to explore the city without carrying bags.

I noticed the hotel is a little worn. Some new mattresses would improve the experience.

The reception team was helpful and friendly, especially when dealing with my room changes, they were accommodating. staff efficiently handled luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a great service. I appreciated their fast service when i needed help.

My room offered adequate space and included all essential amenities . the bed felt comfy. It gave me good sleep. there were free hot drinks available around the corner, a really great feature to have.

The location was convenient, especially for accessing various transportation options.

The room lacked a window. I found the absence of natural light unpleasant, especially during the daytime (I seemed like I was in a box). The self check-in and check-out process felt impersonal. There was minimal interaction with the staff, it was a strange experience.

The tube link was very close. I found that very convenient. the room size was pretty good. all staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated that.

The check in process showed all email addresses of other customers. this wasn't gdpr compliant. i was allocated a ground floor room near heat pumps. they hummed all night long. the breakfast food wasn't kept on proper hot plates. A lot was stone cold.
