The hotel was NEAR the Excel, very convenient for my conference. Bus routes were easily accessible too, a real plus. The breakfast had good options and the room felt quite spacious. I slept VERY well.

I checked in early and received a ground floor room based on my preference. The buffet breakfast offered many freshly cooked, hot options. The hotel gave me a complimentary Prosecco bottle in celebration of my birthday. The staff at the reception were helpful.

I found the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly.

i stayed at this hotel for an event near the o2 arena. the walk to the nearby underground station was quick. it was only one stop to north greenwich station. the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory.

the air conditioning did not work properly. the room became very hot, this made it difficult to have a restful night. the pillows were quite uncomfortable, they felt hard, like solid rocks.

the location was super convenient, a quick walk to the tube station, made getting to the o2 arena easy. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable, i enjoyed the free wifi. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the shower head seemed a bit old, but it worked fine.
