A Paddington Jewel

superb location friendly staff comfortable beds ample supplies

The hotel offered a superb location near Paddington Station. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. My room included comfortable beds. The minibar had ample supplies and an espresso machine.

The temperature control system only provides heating during winter. I found it difficult to adjust the room to a cooler temperature.

I found the staff friendly. They accommodated all requests with grace and speed. Staff like Mr Ihjas and Miss Alexandra are very attentive. Cass was very helpful .

Excellent Stay Near Paddington

easy travel spacious room blackout curtains

The hotel's proximity to Paddington Station made travel very easy. The room was spacious. Blackout curtains ensured my kids had restful sleep on the sofa bed. Breakfast offered many choices.

I noticed a slightly longer wait time for elevators during peak hours.

Awesome Stay!

easy access helpful staff delicious breakfast good value

I finded easy access to Paddington Station. The pool was super cool, also sauna and steam room! Staff was always cheerful and so helpful. I even have to give Roxana a shoutout. She really hooked me up with gluten-free breakfast options. Breakfast was delicious and I think very good value too!

The hotel is near transport links. A quiet zone is around despite being close to the highway and railway. It is a great spot for taking hour-long walks to all the landmarks.

The room looked dated and smelled bad the carpet was stained. The shower head detached during showering creating a mess. I will not return.

i found the reception staff very helpful . they addressed all my queries promptly. i also enjoyed a satisfying lunch and delicious tarte tatin in the hotel restaurant. harum, the server, was efficient and friendly in his service.. i appreciated his attention to detail. i liked the hotel's location in a calm garden space beside the canal.

this resulted in some noise disturbance during the day.
