I found the staff friendly. They greeted me with a smile each day. The room I had was modern and clean. It also included all the amenities needed for my stay. The location allowed easy access to Kings Cross station.

Soundproofing seemed minimal as I could occasionally hear noises from the hallway.

I found the location quite convenient, only a short walk from King's Cross. The shower was wonderful, a great way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was a welcome touch and offered a nice selection.

The room was a bit compact. More space would have been appreciated.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The soundproofing was not good. I could hear conversations in the next room. It seemed like there was no sound isolation at all. The Wi-Fi was too slow for me to do any work. I had to use my own data instead which was frustrating. The kettle also didn't work, so I couldn't make any tea or coffee in my room.

I needed a location near public transportation. The room was equipped with everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and professional, especially the gentleman at reception. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met!

I got very little sleep because the street outside was very noisy. Vehicles and people were present all night. The window offered no sound proofing.

The hotel is very close to one of the biggest stations, only six minutes walking distance. There are many food places nearby. The location is excellent and well-serviced by public transport.

excellent mattresscentral location

The bed mattress is excellent! I found the shower really good. I also appreciated the central location near transport links. This made getting around easy.
