The hotel's location proved convenient. It was right next to a subway station. The room was nice and clean. I found the shower to be quite good, and the bed was comfortable. Shoreditch offered a fun environment for exploration. Spitalfield market stood out, and access to the tube station was AMAZING!!!

I did find the traffic noise noticeable throughout the night.

the welcome from the staff in red tee-shirts was so nice. the lobby area and bar are modern and relaxed with great lighting. i also enjoyed the korean restaurant across from the entrance. It had a great atmosphere and AMAZING food!

The bathroom was a bit strange. The door was hard to shut and open. the shower was weak and the temperature difficult to control. the water turned burning hot, then icy cold, and then back hot again! showering wasn't a nice experience at all.

the hotel is near aldgate east tube, so getting around the city is easy. a tesco express shop is also nearby for food and drinks. the tower bridge is within walking distance from this hotel.

The staff at reception were helpful, even when i booked very late. they cleaned the room everyday and stored our luggage. the team offered a free drink at the bar for my mom's birthday. That was very thoughtful!

The rooms are super clean and cozy for a good value. there is a big tv in the room, and the beds are comfortable! the room was amazingly quiet. It was like being in a sound-proofed room.

Location had easy access to the subway.

The room had a stained carpet. It smelled of mildew. I found the bathroom was a boat cabin bathroom, which I did not like.
