The location proved convenient to the underground train. I could easily access various parts of the city. the staff changed the room for us promptly upon request. tea, coffee, and candies were available in the room.

room cleaning was very good i found a courteous young gentleman at the 24-hour desk front the location is excellent near saint pancras station i could easily catch the eurostar early. the hotel arranged a carpet-free room as i requested that was very considerate. the bed was comfortable and two pillows were provided for each of us i appreciated that. i left my luggage there after checking out and collected it later that was convenient.

the bathroom was small , made movement a bit difficult

I greatly appreciated the hotel's proximity to King's Cross station , a short five-minute walk. The location was also convenient to the British Museum. I found luggage storage to be available, which allowed me to leave my belongings before check-in. The reception staff was friendly and helpful .

The room was quite small and I found it challenging to move around freely. I also noticed that the walls were thin, I could easily hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. This made it a bit difficult to sleep well.

the location is very close to king's cross station. i found it easy to access various parts of the city. the room was clean and well-kept. i appreciated the availability of luggage storage before check-in.

The location was excellent, close to Kings Cross. I appreciated the friendly check in staff, too. My room was spotlessly clean, a pleasant surprise for the price. The bed felt very comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. Hot water was plentiful. The shower was excellent.

The staff provided prompt responses to my inquiries and were quiet, which I prefer. They offer water each morning, a service I found very convenient, and room cleaning is done every morning, ensuring fresh towels and a clean bed.
