The location was excellent, close to Kings Cross. I appreciated the friendly check in staff, too. My room was spotlessly clean, a pleasant surprise for the price. The bed felt very comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. Hot water was plentiful. The shower was excellent.

The staff provided prompt responses to my inquiries and were quiet, which I prefer. They offer water each morning, a service I found very convenient, and room cleaning is done every morning, ensuring fresh towels and a clean bed.

I found several options for food and drinks within walking distance of the hotel. I saw restaurants and cafes. M&S Food and Sainsbury's Foods were also close. This made it easy to grab a quick bite or find something more substantial.
