Lovely Stay Close to Tower Bridge

The staff at the reception allowed an early check-in, very helpful. The location is amazing. A bus stop to central areas is right in front. The underground station is a short walk away, and the Tower Bridge is about ten minutes by foot. The room was super clean , and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.
The hotel only provides paper cups in the room , which start leaking quickly.

The lounge functions as a gin bar during the day and night , then converts to a breakfast area in the morning , offering continental, traditional British items, and pastries. I noticed they had very nice offerings , well laid out in sections.

The rooms are spacious and have great views, especially from higher floors , for example floor 9. The rooms are kept very clean , the bathrooms also maintain great cleanliness. I had a window overlooking Bishopsgate and Shoreditch.

The reception and lounge area have a quiet and cute atmosphere. The staff is polite and accommodating , ready to assist with any questions. I found them very helpful and friendly .

The hotel is close to Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations , about three to five minutes away. I found lots of eating places , bars, pubs, cafes , and rooftop venues nearby. The location made it easy to walk to Tower Bridge and see both sides of the city.

cute reception friendly staff hot water warm hotel broken air conditioning room temperature
i liked that the reception was cute and the vibe was lovely. the staff were really friendly. the air con worked well. the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water.
the hotel was uncomfortably warm. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working. i found it very difficult to sleep . i wasn't offered a room change or any alternative solution.

the location was good , with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout MY stay.
my room was quite small , i felt a bit cramped. there WAS no complimentary water , which i found disappointing.

solid stay near tower bridge
quiet room spacious bathroom energy saving
the room was really quiet. i didn't hear street noise at all. the bathroom felt spacious and had everything i needed. the hotel seemed very serious about saving energy. it was nice to see a place care. i also really liked the powerful shower! the hotel lifts were also so fast.
The room needed an extra lock from the inside. A swing bar or chain would have made me feel more secure
