reasonable stay overall

helpful staff convenient location full-length mirror faulty doors worn balcony limited channels
i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the location was excellent for visiting the royal albert hall. the full-length mirror in the room was a nice touch. i also found the coffee machine very useful.
the balcony doors were difficult to shut properly. the balcony also seemed to need painting. i noticed the tv by the sofa only had two channels available, and only one of those worked. these issues affected my overall stay.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

smart tv fluffy towels
i booked a superior double room. the room had a large smart tv and comfortable beds. the bathroom offered both a bathtub and separate shower stall with a high pressure shower head. soft and fluffy towels were provided, which i appreciated. The location was excellent for visiting nearby museums.
i found the room small, with limited space for clothes. there was no hanger for my coat. i think a fridge should be available in the rooms.
