Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

smart tvfluffy towelssmall room
i booked a superior double room. the room had a large smart tv and comfortable beds. the bathroom offered both a bathtub and separate shower stall with a high pressure shower head. soft and fluffy towels were provided, which i appreciated. The location was excellent for visiting nearby museums.
i found the room small, with limited space for clothes. there was no hanger for my coat. i think a fridge should be available in the rooms.
Dining
8/10
The bar offered a pizza menu all day. i ordered a pizza at 11:30 pm. It was lovely. There are also restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet featured scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. pastries and a two-slot toaster.

Really good Stay

helpful staffstylish roomkey locationexcellent restaurants
The reception staff members were both helpful and professional. The room design was very stylish, and the communal areas were equally clean. The hotel location provided key access to many attractions. I found several restaurants a short walk away, in addition to proximity to Albert Hall.
The absence of a mini fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience.
