the location was convenient to major central sites. the neighborhood felt peaceful for walking. the staff responded promptly to emails , which i appreciated.
the room felt small and not very functional. i found an old shelf and desk , which were sloping down. the bathroom sink was completely useless , since i couldn't wash my face or brush my teeth.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. the staff showed impressively quick service when replacing our mattress. Three staff members addressed it early the next morning. the hotel is approximately a ten minute walk from Victoria station. this made accessing transportation quite easy.
The room felt ridiculously small. I had to position my suitcase partially inside the bathroom. the fridge was right next to the entrance door. Both could not open simultaneously. i found this arrangement inconvenient and difficult to manage.
