The staff was attentive and accommodating. My room included updated fixtures, and it was clean. I found the restaurant very nice, and the food portions were perfect. BREAKFAST was delicious and offered really good value.

I appreciated the christmas tree in the room. That was a lovely festive touch. the cloisters restaurant provided a very good evening meal. breakfast the next morning was very nice. A really enjoyable start to the day.

i noticed a water stain on the pelmet above the window in the room. it gave the impression of a leak and affected the room's aesthetics. i feel like it could have been addressed before.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful. caroline, who served breakfast, was lovely and provided great service. I enjoyed her friendly approach. the professionalism and warmth.

The hotel included a complete nautical and sports complex, very modern and pleasant. It was an unexpected plus. the spa treatments were good, and the fact that dogs were allowed into the café bar area was a great advantage! i liked being able to relax with my dog.

The pool was a bit disappointing. It was colder than I expected. I also found the selection of channels on the television in my room quite limited for a hotel charging these prices. It could benefit from offering a wider range of options who want to relax in their rooms.
