the spa visit was really good, especially scarlett's back treatment, it left me feeling relaxed. the hotel location worked well for my plans. free parking was available and that was really convenient.

the staff at the restaurant worked hard, specially sunita, magda, mark, emma, ana, tiana, maddy, olena, lauren, irina. they provided constant pleasure with the food quality, also the taste was really good.

The quilt in our ROOM felt strange. It seemed too small for the bed. i spent much of the night trying to get comfortable because of the quilt. the bar needed better upkeep. Tables had leftover meals on them. Staff seemed unmotivated to clear them. This affected the atmosphere. THE breakfast area felt too strict. Staff watched closely. i felt discouraged from taking any food.
