The location is great and everything is clean! i really love the carvery. It was AMAZING!!! the hotel has lovely staff. debby from reception and juliana from the bar.
The car park is not great. It is mostly rough ground full of pot holes. it was very muddy, so i did not want to put any cases down.

A fine Hotel near Gatwick

The room offered ample space and garden area. A bathroom included both a bath and a shower and provided plentiful towels. I appreciated the good shower pressure. The hotel was very warm despite freezing temperatures outdoors. Breakfast offered tasty options each morning.
The gym closed early. I wished the hotel provided toiletries.

the location was acceptable for my needs.
The check-in process was a nightmare. i waited in an long queue, it felt chaotic! furthermore, the bar didn't open until late in the afternoon. This severely limited my access to refreshments after a tiring day.

Solid Stay Near Gatwick!

My room was a standard double. It gave me plenty of space including a spare single bed. I also used the free WiFi. I was able to watch an entire football game on my iPad without connection drops. The staff were nice and friendly to everyone there.

The reception staff was helpful. They moved us to a more accessible room at no extra charge upon seeing my husband's disability. The hotel is located near the K2, a good base for attending events. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and helpful service provided throughout my stay.
