the reception was very helpful and efficient during check-in i received clear directions to my room the room was clean and tidy, exactly as i expected after a long journey the breakfast included a wide variety of options ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel's proximity to the airport made it easy to catch my flight. the staff was very kind to replace drinks if needed.

i noticed the air conditioning in the room wasn't as effective as i would have liked it struggled to keep the room cool enough.

the reception staff offered prompt assistance with printing documents and fulfilled requests quickly the bar staff demonstrated really good friendliness and attentiveness. they ensured all guests felt welcome and well-cared for during their visit

the family room featured ample space with two comfortable double beds the full length window offered a clear view. the bathroom included night lights enhancing convenience during nighttime use shower controls were adjustable preventing any discomfort when starting the water
