The room at the front had an amazing sea view through a huge bay window, what a treat! the storms over new year made it even more lovely. What a sight! i had room service once and the food was good and reasonably priced. the bed was very comfortable. I slept so well!
the coffee at breakfast could be better, it was a bit weak.

The hotel has an iconic presence with a lovely park behind it and the seafront in front. A nice combination. queen victoria stayed here, as did other royals, a fun fact adding to its history.

Restaurant staff are respectful, kind, and helpful. the reception staff and bar staff were also friendly. I felt so welcome. their attentiveness was appreciated.

The room included nice quality shampoo and gel, a small touch but nice. the room size felt huge, especially with the bay window. What an upgrade! i loved it.

The front desk staff were helpful. Parking nearby was fairly easy to find, a GREAT help in this area. The hotel's foyer and bar area had a grand feel. The location is really convenient for exploring the waterfront.

This hotel is opposite the beach, offering immediate access. The proximity to the station is also a plus, just a short walk away. Many lovely cafes, shops and restaurants are close by. The location is unbeatable.
