The hotel's Western-themed decor was really fun. My room had a comfy bed with lovely, clean bedding, and I rested well. I found the en-suite bathroom excellent, with a large walk-in shower and plenty of hot water.
The music from the bar was audible in my room.

The location had a supermarket next door, quite handy.
The shower doors would not close because of a lack of maintenance. The shower also would not run hot. No shower for me that morning. I reported the problem when checking out, the staff said they would inform their manager, but no other apology followed.

the breakfast was fine i guess, not that exciting though.
the noise was unbearable, honestly. the western music played non-stop. it was loud even in my room. plus, i asked for a quiet room but got one right by the stairs. every time someone walked past, the door rattled so much.

pleasant surprisecomfy bedfriendly staffgood choice
the room decor amused my child. breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly. i found the bed comfortable. the bar downstairs had very good choice.
the bathroom skirting board had some dust. i emailed ahead requesting a quiet room, but my room was straight off the stairs.

the staff were cute and helpful. when i had the 'do not disturb' sign displayed, i received fresh towels, bottled water, coffee, and milk outside my door. the manager offered a refund because of shower issues.

The room size felt great and everything felt new. The bed linen felt super pressed. A super power shower existed in the room. The Breakfast selection offered very nice value as everything was included.
The room was close to the stairs so I heard every guest passing by.
