i found the location convenient, close to many attractions (the lanes are just around the corner!). the staff exhibited amazing politeness and efficiency. the breakfast included a wide array of high-quality options. the bar provided a cute atmosphere with expertly crafted cocktails.
a minor issue was the limited availability of certain items on the minibar.
