I found my executive double room spacious. it had effective air conditioning and heating for optimal comfort. my partner joined me for lunch. Kenny at the bar provided really good service. fatima promptly arranged a table in the restaurant. She ensured our comfort with a heater on the porch.

I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms when doors closed. It was slightly disruptive.

The guest relations team proved helpful. they are a credit to the hotel. i experienced great cleanliness throughout all hotel areas. This included all rooms.

The upgraded executive double room was clean. i felt a sense of added luxury, just like home. the bathroom had good dimensions. It felt really cute. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly.

Extra parking spaces exist round the back. The access to it is secure. i needed to enquire at reception about the access. the venue for events looked very well-prepared. (i found the staff to be very pleasant.)

The super clean standard double room was ideal. the in-room beverage selection and snacks were generous. every staff member was helpful and friendly. I didn't encounter a single unhappy face. the hotel's location proved convenient, and the room décor was quite appealing.

Reception staff offered a warm welcome. a staff member efficiently booked a taxi for me. dmytro and ollie provided excellent service. Our drinks were frequently refilled, and the food arrived quickly!!!
