The hotel features a very convenient car park. The location on the high street is practical. I found the reception staff cute and ready to assist. The hotel breakfast offered both buffet options and cooked dishes.

The WiFi signal in my room was sometimes unreliable, a minor inconvenience.

poor soundproofing unwelcoming manager

the staff were friendly, and the location was indeed central. it was acceptable.

The soundproofing was quite poor. I was woken at 4 am by other guests. the snug bar was strangely closed one night, and i had to use another bar. the manager seemed unwelcoming when i did get to sit in the snug.

wedding dedication amazing planner

i was impressed by the hotel's dedication to our wedding breakfast and reception. the food and service were exemplary, and the staff remained eager and available. their wedding planner demonstrated amazing work, showing dedication and attention to detail, made our special day successful.

My room included a comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom. It was great. rooms have low ceilings, especially on the top floor. the rooms contained plug-in wall rads for heating, as there is no centralised system.

The staff were cute and helpful throughout my visit. receptionists were attentive when i checked in and out of the hotel. the breakfast waiter and night porter offered attention to detail. It was appreciated.
