breakfast refusal rude staff
The room was comfortable and had equipment, such as tea and coffee.
I found several issues. The cook refused service before 8 a.m. Breakfast was only to have started at 8 a.m. on a weekday, but staff did not know. This speaks volumes about communication. The staff member was impolite. He could have offered an alternative, or at the very least, he was patronising.
