lovely seafront stay

parking spacesea accessclean roomfriendly staff
I was happy to get a parking spot. It made things easier. the hotel is right across from the sea, so walks were very accessible (a real plus). the room was clean and inviting. andrea at the bar was so friendly, both last night and at breakfast this morning. It was very cute.
during my visit, i noticed the stairs could use a bit more attention, as they didn't seem thoroughly cleaned.
Service
9/10
the staff provided helpful and friendly service throughout the stay, especially at check-in, and they quickly addressed requests. hospitality standards were high, and i found the housekeeping to be excellent, as they maintained a very high standard of cleaning in the room each day. the breakfast service was also great.
Location
9/10
the hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the sea promenade, and i noticed easy access to cafes and restaurants nearby. a bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and i saw buses frequently run to the city center (very convenient). hove and train stations are accessible by taxi.
Rooms
8/10
The room featured adequate space for luggage. it was also very clean, and i noticed the design was well-planned (the layout made good use of the available space). rooms offer sea views. I recommend requesting one if available for an enhanced experience.
