good seaside stay
clean room comfortable bed convenient location
I found the room clean upon arrival. the bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. the sea view provided an excellent backdrop. The location near transport options was very convenient.
during my stay, i noticed the soap dispensers were somewhat difficult to use, impacting convenience.

The double room sea view featured good lighting. It also included a comfortable seating area. the room had ample space. It ensured i had an enjoyable and restful stay, the bathroom was very functional.

The restaurant offered a wide selection of meals. the bar had many beers available. I observed the staff promptly served beverages. i found the breakfast to be of good quality. The service provided was swift and professional.

The hotel has lift access to rooms, which i found very useful. there is also easy access to bus routes from the hotel. i appreciated the proximity to local transportation hubs. It made exploring the surrounding area simple.

easy access easy check-in friendly staff outdated flooring noise insulation minor inconvenience
the location was great, with easy access to the foot ferry pier. checking in and out was easy, and the staff were very friendly. we stayed in a room with a sea view on the second floor and found it clean.
the flooring in my room could really use an update. i noticed it was quite noisy whenever people moved in the hallways. this was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable. i also thought my room could have been better insulated against noise.

the restaurant was closed in the evenings. we had to order and eat in the bar. the food was typical pub grub and NOT what i expected. it was a little disappointing.

uneven stay
peeling paint poor wifi
the location was acceptable with a view.
the room showed signs of neglect including peeling paint and damp patches i also observed a broken window i could not lock the window properly there was condensation present the furniture looked unkept and dirty. the wifi signal was poor.

the location was superb, near the foot ferry pier and it included free parking when you stay. the staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out were easy steps.
there were broken and loose tiles in the bathroom.

the breakfast buffet includes a good range of options. a member of staff takes your order for the main breakfast. good parking IS available . the restaurant offered a good selection of options.
