the location was convenient near the beach, shops and restaurants.

i was disappointed that there were no hand towels, shampoo, or shower gel in the bathroom. the shower floor felt unstable, and the electric shower switched between cold and hot. the sink drained slowly, leaving scum around the edge.

The room was spacious. The staff was lovely and helpful at all times. The bed was very comfortable (I slept very well!). The location is convenient for access to the city centre.

The room was quite cold. The radiator was off, and I could not switch it on. The bar closed early at 9 pm. The lighting on the stairs outside the room was not working correctly at first.
