the hotel location was fantastic, close to everything i needed. the parking area was spacious and easy to access, a definite plus.

the advertised rooms online seemed a bit misleading. the double room was quite small and really needed updating. it felt more like a basic base.

i was very grateful for the friendly welcome i received. i arrived early and was happy to receive a room upgrade and early check-in. the christmas decorations added a festive touch , i thought. i appreciated the overall experience and plan to return.

the room was a bit dark for my liking. this made it slightly less inviting during the day. however , it did not significantly detract from my stay.

The restaurant and bar offered a pleasant space for relaxation. the breakfast at 6:30 was very helpful, despite the usual opening time being 8:00. I needed to leave early that saturday.

the Superior double room offered ample space for clothes. the bathroom included a big shower, AND it was very clean. onsite parking proved helpful due to the popularity of the area.

the staff member at the front desk was not very warm.

The room was very clean and had mega air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. I opted for a superior room overlooking the garden and that is what i received. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The room had a slightly tired look about its general appearance.

This location is perfect for beaulieu motor museum stonehenge or hurst castle. The hotel is located right on the picturesque high street. There is a large car park available for guest use.

The hotel possesses the oldest lift in europe and it must be tried. There are several reception and sitting areas downstairs. I saw plenty of space in the bar and library to unwind after a day out.

The breakfast was excellent and offers a good selection. The bar and grill provides a good selection of locally sourced produce. The waiting staff were equally friendly and professional and delivered an really good meal.
