friendly staff helpful staff excellent layout amazing food poor attention slow service missing towels frustrating experience
molly was helpful, especially when i brought my two young children in for breakfast. the food was AMAZING!!! the layout was also excellent, and i really enjoyed the atmosphere. the staff were so friendly, and the food was great!
i found it impossible to get anyone's attention at reception.

the bed was comfortable enough, i guess.
the absence of ales on draught in a brewery-owned hotel was quite a letdown. i ended up with a zero-alcohol bottled ale, which wasn't exactly the experience i was hoping for.

good choice comfortable bed good linen missing phone missing hand wash
The breakfast offered a very good choice of items. I found the bed in my Double Room to be very comfortable. The good quality linen was also a plus.
I noticed there was no phone in the room to contact reception. There also was no hand wash provided in the bathroom, which I found surprising and inconvenient. The bathroom towel rail was not heating and did not seem to function.

Really good Staff and Comfortable Stay!

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I found the fresh fruit at breakfast to be a wonderful touch. I really appreciated it.
I found that trying to get the attention of anyone at reception was impossible at times.

The room was a good size, great for comfortable movement. Cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay. I appreciated the attention to detail. The rooms at the back offer a peaceful retreat. That's very valuable.

The staff were good. They were friendly and helpful . Staff ensured my dog Magic received sausages for his breakfast. That was AMAZING!!!
