staff were friendly and the location was perfect.
the room felt tired, it needed refurbishment. the toilet seat was loose and the taps needed replacing, they were not clean. i found the lack of maintenance quite disappointing.

The hallways were a bit hot. I booked for two guests. there was only one set of towels in the bathroom. This was not a big enough issue to complain about since I had my own.

the bar closed precisely at 11:15 pm. i thought residents had 24/7 access to alcoholic beverages, be that via an honesty bar, porter, room service, or mini bar. That was not an option.

we were a family visiting. we noticed the place and it looked lovely. we were seated immediately. the food was very nice!!! we had a lovely lunch. i couldn't recommend it more.
