the staff was helpful and friendly. honestly. i found the location fantastic, near shops and bars.

the shower could use a little updating, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all.

the hotel is centrally located near many shops and bars, a definite plus for exploring. parking is free and easily accessible which is a huge advantage, and i never had trouble finding a space. it really made everything convenient.

staff were friendly and the location was perfect.

the room felt tired, it needed refurbishment. the toilet seat was loose and the taps needed replacing, they were not clean. i found the lack of maintenance quite disappointing.

The room was spacious. It had a large en suite with endless hot water. The meals and drinks were AMAZING!!!

The hallways were a bit hot. I booked for two guests. there was only one set of towels in the bathroom. This was not a big enough issue to complain about since I had my own.

The lift was very dark. the bar closed precisely at 11:15 pm. i thought residents had 24/7 access to alcoholic beverages, be that via an honesty bar, porter, room service, or mini bar. That was not an option.

we were a family visiting. we noticed the place and it looked lovely. we were seated immediately. the food was very nice!!! we had a lovely lunch. i couldn't recommend it more.
