great hotel experience
nice touch helpful staff
The location was spot on, just minutes away from the beach. staff were helpful and kind. They even added biscuits and delicious cakes to our room for my birthday (a really nice touch!).
i found the tv difficult to use. it took some time to understand the controls, even with the instructions provided.

Wonderful Seaside Getaway
beach access helpful staff excellent food
The location IS fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were helpful and kind. I found the food superb, especially eating in the restaurant both evenings.
The bathroom was quite small, making it a little difficult to move around in.

The hotel offers easy access to amazing cliff walks, perfect for morning strolls. There IS simple instruction provided for parking, which costs £3.00. I appreciated the convenience of having parking available.

Breakfast included generous options. I particularly enjoyed the full English. I also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. The seafood options were fresh. The service was attentive, (the pinot grigio was a great touch!).

I found the staff very helpful. They assisted with calling a cab. the gesture of adding biscuits and cakes to my room for my birthday was especially thoughtful. i enjoyed the proximity to the beach, only minutes away. the views from my room.
the pillows in my room could have been better.

Staff was professional. My room was very clean and cozy. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast proved fabulous too. I really appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It was just a two minute walk to the sea. The terrace was a real treat. I enjoyed drinks there one evening, also breakfast the next morning.

small room thin walls
The staff were friendly.
The room I was assigned was quite small. The bathroom felt cramped. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, not ideal.
