polite staff clean room tea facilities positive experience

i found the staff very polite. tea making facilities were good in the room. the rooms were clean on arrival and cute. it was a positive experience.

i noticed slight wear in communal areas but nothing MAJOR.

bad bathroom missing cot

the location was acceptable.

The room was not child friendly. There was no cot for my baby. the bathroom and shower facilities were bad. The water temperature was super hot when trying to use the shower head. i could not shower properly and had to run the bath twice.

surprisingly good value stay

The family room was a good size! it accommodated our needs well for a short stay. the pool was a bonus. I enjoyed a relaxing morning swim there. the hotel offered plenty of parking spaces , i found that very useful. i also found the staff quite helpful and polite , always ready to assist with inquiries.

The shower on the bath taps proved difficult to use. I think an electric shower would be a big improvement, though.

the staff at reception was really helpful upon my arrival. the location was convenient with shops across the road. i found the games room with a pop table and ping pong table very enjoyable.

the tv signal in my room was not good. it. the cups provided in the room were not changed after i used them one morning.

I loved the comfortable beds! The warm room had a great radiator. The games room was a hit. I enjoyed the pop table and ping pong table. I found the reception staff friendly at check-in.
