I found the staff courteous. Reddy, Ion, Roberto, Olivia, and Telma were especially helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had delicious and plentiful options.
I found only bottled beers at the bar. Draft options were absent.

I was very disappointed by the breakfast. The quality was LOW. there was only cheap toast and bad coffee. The dining room was dusty, and the plants looked dead.

The location was convenient and within a short walk to the town center.
The room felt quite dated. I spotted peeling paint in the bathroom and a noticeable damp smell, and the shower had very low water pressure. The bed was too firm for my taste, and I had trouble sleeping comfortably all nights of my stay.
