excessively hot roompoor shower
The room was excessively hot, a detail I found quite bothersome. Opening the window was not an option because of the busy road just outside. The shower did not drain properly. It also smelled stale. The room rate exceeded 200 pounds and felt quite steep for one night given the experience I had. it was a disappointment

Breakfast and the evening meal were excellent and the staff were very helpful. Very friendly too.
Our room was too noisy. A loud fan was right outside the window. I could not open the window because of the fan noise and the room was also quite warm. I found this unacceptable.
