breakfast was good, and the view from the restaurant met my expectations.

The room was rather cold. The heating system was not functional. the reception also had a musty odor, as did the room itself. i also noted that the curtains were ripped. This detracted from the overall impression.

The room felt quite dated , showing signs of wear and tear. I noticed some stains on the carpet and the furniture looked worn. I was also bothered by a strange smell in the hotel , possibly coming from the open kitchen near the bar.

Wonderful stay with amazing views

I had a good room with two full windows. Step-out balconies offered a gorgeous view of the harbour, a perfect sight to wake up to. Breakfast had a good choice of items. All staff were attentive and helpful (especially at the reception).

The older male server seemed unwelcoming during lunch. I felt that the service lacked, and the attitude of the server made my mother-in-law and I uncomfortable.

The staff were all friendly. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The barman made the best cocktails.

The first room they gave us had a really bad smell. It wasn't cleaned properly. Empty water bottles were left on the side. We waited for someone to take our order in the bar area, but no one bothered. We had to go to the bar ourselves and get a drink.

The room was great, with a super bathroom and lovely bed. The views from the room overlooking the harbor were AMAZING!!! Breakfast was also gorgeous and the staff were super friendly.

The room was a bit tired. The skirtings could use some paint.
