the room was right by the building ventilators. the noise was constant and made it really hard to sleep. very steep, narrow stairs made it difficult to carry my suitcase up.

i stayed in a cosy double room . the shower was fabulous and the room was bigger than expected. GREAT tea and coffee facilities were available. there were loads of clothes hangers. the location is ideal for the cruise terminal , and i will definitely consider staying again.

the room was a bit stuffy , and only had a dressing table stool instead of a seating area.

the location is central for exploring the new forest.. shopping was also very convenient. i found the open top bus tours very accessible. the room had everything i needed, including a tv, hairdryer and toiletries..

the car park was a little difficult to find, but i managed it eventually.
