I found the staff always ready to help. My room was clean upon arrival. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant provided convenient dining options after a long day.

The shower temperature was difficult to adjust. I could not quite get it to my liking, it was either too hot or too cold.

My room included fresh towels and toiletries. The bed had clean linens and comfortable pillows. An electric fan helped to maintain a reasonable temperature. A hairdryer was available in the room. That was useful.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. This made travel easy. A bookshop is nearby. Jane Austen's house is only a few minutes away. The area felt safe and quiet!!!
