i had a twin room. it was on the ground floor and that was very convenient. the room was clean and tidy. it provided tea, coffee and biscuits.
i found the soap dispensers were set ridiculously high. the bathroom mirror was also high on the wall. it was impossible for me to use these. the reception lady brought a mirror, but only after a bad grace response.

The hotel felt very cute! I loved the relaxing lounge and outdoor seating. It felt great. Staff were always friendly and very helpful too. I enjoyed the good parking facilities available at the hotel. I was pleased with these features!
The bar closed quite early at 9 PM. It was a bit inconvenient for a late drink. This was the only small issue I encountered.

The breakfast was lovely and provided a great start to the day. I particularly appreciated the perfectly poached eggs. Dinner the first night was also excellent. The quality of the food was quite high.

The staff were very nice. They were also very friendly. Emma welcomed us warmly. The cleaning team worked tirelessly. They maintained the building well, great.

the staff were excellent. the team put together a breakfast pack for me to take with me as i needed to leave the hotel early for a business event. this was very kind. it was much appreciated.
the room was small. i requested a special room for my husband's birthday. our friends stayed for one night and had a much better room.
